I love Little Caesars pizza. However, I don't think they are interested in actually selling anyone any of their delicious pizza. We are constantly frustrated in our efforts to obtain this delicious pizza by the employees. Tonight we attempted to call ahead to preorder our pizza, but the line constantly rang busy. We found out why when we arrived at the store. The phone was off the hook. Despite the fact that there were only two other people waiting, it took over 30 minutes for us to receive one pizza. One family arrived after us and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before leaving because no one would take their order. Only one employee was hustling, the nice gentleman with dreads who made our pizza. The other two looked busy at their attempt to not work. If you can make the extra 20 minute drive to the next Little Caesars location, do it.
Pizza rarely "hot and ready". Staff takes their jobs like a joke. They are loud and obnoxious with each other in the back. And too many times to count I've gone through drive thru only to sit at the speaker for 5+ mins with no one answering. Pulled to the window and get told, "oh no one had the headset on".. So why have the speaker? They've all been very nice but there needs to be some serious training in this store.
Stopped in for wings non were hot n ready. Both employees outside , one taking her smoke break. No wings ready and still 2 hours left before closing. One employee who isn't smoking came in but seemed flustered. Not a good impression for customers. Left with nothing.
HORRIBLE !!! This place don't care about the customers at all they will leave you sitting at the window for 10 minutes even making eye contact, before even acknowledging you. DO BETTER !!
This is one of the few places i ve know that customer service dont answer the. Phone. Worker s are mean. Like about to bite. Rrrrfff. Rrrrrrrfff
